Enrollment for this program must first be completed through the Eaton RESA website. WCP GSRP enrollment is subject to approval first by Eaton RESA GSRP process, then through GSRP. This program is low or no-cost and is need-based.

Tuition & Enrollment

Tuition is paid monthly. Invoices are sent on the 15th and due on the 30th. Late payments are subject to a late fee. Tuition is paid evenly over all 10 months of the school year, September-June. Enrollment for the current school year will remain open until all spots are filled.

Wacousta Cooperative Preschool is happy to accept enrollment applications from students aged 3 through 5 years. Classes are mixed ages, but students must be at least 3 by September 1. Students MUST be able to FULLY INDEPENDENTLY use the bathroom on their own. This includes wiping, using the potty, dressing and undressing. WCP is not licensed to help with bathroom use. Students not able to use the bathroom independently may be disenrolled.

Enrollment is first come first served & open to all. Enrollment for the upcoming school year will begin in February of the current school year. Currently enrolled families will have the first opportunity to enroll for the next school year.

As a condition of enrollment, all families are required to volunteer at least once each month. Volunteering can be done either in or out of the classroom with multiple options available. Any family member who has passed a background check performed by WCP may fulfil the volunteer requirement. The Volunteer Guide includes more detailed information about volunteering and requirements for families.

We're excited to be able to offer a GSRP classroom starting Fall 2024! GSRP is a FREE preschool program offered in partnership with Eaton RESA. Enrollment in GSRP must first be completed on the Eaton RESA website. More information about GSRP and enrollment can be found here.

Tuition rates are shown based on basic class offerings. Our school prides itself of inclusion of all families and all students. WCP is happy to accept families receiving DHS/CDC assistance. Families also have the opportunity to offset up to 25% of annual tuition costs with fundraising profits. WCP also has its own Tuition Assistance Program available that is open to ALL families regardless of income level. Please see the bottom of this page for more information on further tuition assistance. Questions? We're happy to help! Email us at wacoustacooppreschool@gmail.com.

In order to hold a spot in one of our class sessions an enrollment fee must be paid. There is a non-refundable $50 enrollment fee for each AM session enrolled, and a $100 enrollment fee for each full day session enrolled. For example, enrolling in MWF AM requires an enrollment fee of $50. Enrolling in M-F AM requires a $100 enrollment fee. This is because the enrollment fee holds 1 spot per child per session so, enrolling in multiple sessions requires multiple holds. Additionally, June 30 a security deposit equal to one month's tuition is due. The first tuition payment is due by August 30. Families are welcome to pay monthly, quarterly, biannually, or annually also.

Please email enrollment inquiries or financial inquiries for more information.
